Offered May thru early November, Friday at 9am thru Sunday at noon. The weekend includes the Barn, Barn Bathrooms, Beechwood Suite, Carriage Barn, Catering Tent, Oak Grove Ceremony Site, a two-night stay for 16 guests at the Modern Barnhouse, and our complimentary Wedding Furniture for up to 150 guests. Your wedding is the ONLY event happening throughout the entire weekend. Additional lodging is available for up to ten guests at the 1832 Farmhouse and two at the Loft.

Yes! Your chosen caterer or bartending service will take the responsibility of alcohol service when more than thirty guests are on property. Licensed caterers and bartending services must provide proof of at least a $1,000,000.00 insurance policy, along with your event and host liquor liability insurance policy.
A 20x20 catering tent is provided with 5 prep tables. Your caterer will work with you to determine what is needed for kitchen appliances to prep and prepare for your celebration. We love the idea of food trucks/pizza ovens and have a designated location with electric and water, in close proximity to the Carriage Barn. Caterers and food trucks must be licensed and insured.
Utilize our carefully-curated local vendor list or bring your favorite vendors. Vendors on our list know the property and are skilled at creating a successful celebration.
For those staying on site, the Beechwood Suite, Modern Barnhouse, and 1832 Farmhouse are available. The Beechwood Suite includes hair and makeup stations, a kitchenette, private restroom and lots of seating. The Modern Barnhouse and 1832 Farmhouse are fully equipped with bathrooms and lots of space for relaxing and prepping for the day.
Custom wood farm tables, silver café chairs, high and low top tables, and outdoor ceremony benches are included. All the table top items such as glassware, plates, linens and flatware are unique to your personal taste and can be sourced through outside vendors. We can help you find these items.
The wedding couple’s pet only, is welcome to arrive for the ceremony, and for photos following the ceremony. We are happy to put you in touch with an amazing and trusted pet sitter who will keep your furry family member for the weekend and bring him/her to the ceremony for those special moments.
Each barn offers heating and air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature for you and your guests. Custom built barrier-free restrooms are attached to the barn. The property is equipped with a full commercial standby generator. On-site lighted parking area for up to 75 vehicles. Bus transportation for guest drop off and vendor parking has a separate dedicated entrance.
A wedding day of coordination professional is required for all weddings with more than thirty guests in attendance.
We take care of setting up of farm tables and chairs within the barn, high and low cocktail tables on the patio, and ceremony benches, per your vision. All items brought in by you and your vendors are kindly requested to be placed in the Carriage Barn and Catering Tent at the end of the evening. Catering and bar services companies are responsible for cleanup of any and all food and bar services items.
Come for a tour! Sign the contract. Fifty percent of your rental fee is due and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. The date is officially YOURS!!
